Tranquil A-Frame on the Colorado River

Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

Brand New Cabin at Rocky Mountain National Park

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

This relaxing, stylish, inviting condo is in the "soul of the Rockies." This newly built condo offers all the comforts of home with a downtown convenience. Year-round activities within a short walk-hike, swim, fish, miniature golf, snowmobile, snow shoe and XC ski. A short drive to downhill ski and golf are a few options to complete your experience.

Near the center of Grand Lake, steps from the historic wooden boardwalks of Grand Ave & just a couple blocks from the largest natural lake in Colorado, our 6 small cabins have welcomed adventurous travelers since the 1930's. Today, Lupine Village provides exceptional hospitality at the western gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, with comfortable, sparkling clean cabins that are thoughtfully updated with modern amenities & extras that make each cabin feel like a home away from home.

Walk To Lake~Downtown~Couples Retreat. Don't waste your time in cabins outside of town limits; this will only keep you from doing your desired activities. Stay with us and experience Grand Lake without all the travel and logistics to find rides into town. Reminder: there are NO ride-shares or public transportation. Make it easy on yourself and your friends; stay with us. I will also allow early check-in as early as 8 am and late checkout if time and cleaning schedules allow it!

Welcome to The Grand Pine! Let this beautiful mountain modern cabin provide a home base for your all-season Rocky Mountain adventure! Located just minutes from the historic town of Grand Lake, 3 mountain lakes, nearby world class ski resorts, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing or hiking, relax and take in the beauty of the mountains on the oversized deck, or cozy up with a book inside surrounded by stylish furnishings!

That Dam Cabin!

This historic 309-square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire. On a clear night the stars are absolutely breathtaking!

Feldspar Minimalist Modern Waterfront Cabin

Minimum age to book: 23. Cozy and stylish waterfront cabin surrounded by lush forestry, and stunning mountain views. Lounge and relax by the gorgeous creek just off of the back patio. Beautiful studio cabin with heated floors throughout, and a large bathroom. Perfect for a single traveler or a romantic haven for two. The cabin is just 20 mins from the ski slopes, 35 mins from Denver and only 5 minutes from the historic town of Idaho Springs. No pets allowed.

The Golf Cabin

Take a tranquil trip to the beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado! The Golf Cabin is a half mile from the Grand Lake Golf Course, a six minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, and across the hwy from Shadow Mountain Reservoir and Grand Lake. Take a stroll down Main Street where you can rent paddle-boards, kayaks, and enjoy an ice cream right on the boardwalk! The Golf Cabin is a 2.5 hour drive from the Denver Airport.
