Lovely apartment, very clean. Having a car is essential with the location but good parking so this is easy

The apartment was cozy and relatively small, perfectly fine for two people. The location is great, within walking distance to the village center. A good Chinese restaurant is just around the corner, and the Rösshütte is right behind the house. The space was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped. The host was very responsive and always helpful, answering all our questions quickly. We truly appreciated the easy communication and support throughout our stay. The internet was a bit slow – fine for social media but not quite enough for work meetings. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. We would definitely consider coming back in the future!

Sehr ruhige Gegend, wunderschöne Aussicht. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird für einen Kurzurlaub. Norbert war telefonisch sowie über Whats App direkt zu erreichen. ABER die Duschglastrennung im Badezimmer sollte geändert werden - diese war nach Benutzung komplett trocken, aber die kompletten Bodenfliesen bis hin zum Schlafzimmer komplett nass. Gerne wieder, super zum Ski- und Snowboarden ☺️

Sanny è stato un host gentilissimo e disponibile. La mansarda è stupenda, molto cozy e accogliente. L'area benessere è un grande plus. Nelle vicinanze ci sono percorsi di trekking con bellissimi paesaggi. Ci torneremo volentieri!

We stayed in the Lavendel apartment in the Pinnisblick house, a top floor apartment that has a magnificent view up the valley and also side views of both sides of the mountains. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is quite an uphill walk from the main road and the bus stop, but we arrived by taxi. Shopping is about a 30-minute walk to one of the nearby villages. The apartment is a bit out of the way, it's not a part of the rather high density developments that you'll find up the valley, and for us that was a plus. One of us was recovering from a broken foot, which kept us around the house most of the time. The owners also the proprietors of an adjoining apartment, which is undergoing some renovations at the moment, with a certain amount of drilling and sewing during the day. the place has a compact but nice new kitchen, but is stocked with no pantry items or other basics, so bring your own.

Wirklich toll! Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, gute Ausstattung, sauber, geräumig, top Kommunikation. Die Anfahrt ist auf den letzten Metern unbefestigt, das sollte man wissen.

Wir hatten ausreichend Schnee und konnten es deshalb in vollen Zügen genießen, direkt an der Loipe zu wohnen. Es war ruhig im Haus, Norbert brachte uns freundlicherweise noch zwei zusätzliche Decken, damit wir auch bei Minusgraden in den Liegestühlen auf der Terrasse liegen konnten. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, die Küchenausstattung ist nicht üppig, aber ausreichend. Norbert stand uns jederzeit sofort bei Fragen zur Verfügung.
