Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette/it is very basic- not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors Free parking nearby A train line not far behind the cabin-can be heard

Good links to Hampton Court, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey walks and villages. Superloop 7 Bus (SL7) direct to and from Heathrow Airport, 1hour. Very quiet residential road with free parking. No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

Your own private entrance and spacious 20 m2 (215 sq ft), standalone, building, en-suite bathroom, underfloor heating, air conditioning, Laundry. We live in the building across the garden 😉 if you need anything. Summer we share the ice and ice-cream maker in the outdoor kitchen.

Whilst it is in a secluded location off the A1, it is a 29 minutes train ride to London St Pancras International. Best served by car as there is limited pedestrian access. Ideal for working professionals or a small family. Max 2 adults & 2 children.

Contemporary, comfortable, light garden studio with King size double bed, fast broadband and wi-fi and Netflix etc; essential cooking equipment and modern en suite shower room. The toilet works on a Mascerator system (i.e. it is not on main drainage) so care must be taken as to what is discarded in it. Access is through the main apartment. Suitable for two adults. Professional owner & dog in adjoining main apartment (and sometimes an additional dog staying).
