We were there for 3 nights, walked everywhere, its in the old part of town which I loved exploring, would stay there again, close to stores, the ocean,

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Fabio per 3 notti. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La posizione è ottima, all’incirca 100m dal mare , vivè la possibilità di avere il garage e comunque vi sono posti auto pubblici davanti al sito. L’appartamento è composto da un’ampia zona giorno che comprende la cucina un tavolo allungabile e un divano letto. La cucina è corredata di tutti gli utensili necessari. Vi sono poi tre camere da letto di cui due matrimoniali e una cameretta con due letti a castello. Tutte dotate di armadi. Infine due bagni con box doccia, uno dei due facente parte di una camera da letto. Il check in è stato puntuale e snello, la signora è molto gentile e alla mano. Che dire, siamo stati davvero bene! Grazie!

We had a most wonderful time in Elena and Antonio's apartment. We have been personally greeted by them and they gave us an extensive list of tips for museums, cinemas and restaurants which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to them we found our favourite fish restaurant, Il Pescato del Canevone, just round the corner. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, carefully curated space with a wonderful atmosphere - we felt really at home from the first minute. They managed to combine modern interior design with the historic building in the best way.  It was absolutely clean, there are very comfortable beds and they spoil you with free water, snacks, tea, coffee and sweets. Elena and Antonio are a very sweet couple. They are there to help you with anything and everything - thank you so much for being not just perfect, but very welcoming and supportive hosts.  We would love to come back. 

Host sempre disponibile quando serve , risponde subito a qualsiasi richiesta , persona squisita insieme alla moglie che gestiscono l’appartamento in una bellissima zona centralissima con tutti i servizi a due passi . Consigliatissimo !!!

Miejsce oceniam na 5 gwiazdek, świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, Mara była zawsze zainteresowana czy wszystko jest ok i czy niczego nam nie brakuje. Pokój bardzo czysty, ładna i pachnąca pościel, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona a huśtawka w pokoju dodatkowo umiliła nam pobyt. Polecam :)

I would definitly recommend this apartment. Position of the apartment is great, in the historic center but also near enough to walk to the beach. Everything in the apartment was like it was described. Thomas was very kind host who welcomed us when we arrived and later answerd all of our questions immediately. The only thing I wished for that the apartment has air conditioning as days and nights were very hot during our stay (middle of the summer), so it would be nice if we could have cool it a bit.

Appartamento che è una chicca, arredato con gusto e con particolare attenzione. Apprezzatissimo al nostro arrivo il cesto con pasta, sugo, caffè,biscotti e acqua e latte in frigo, mio figlio di 11 anni era affamato e aver avuto la possibilità di pranzare appena arrivati senza dover cercare un supermercato è stato un gran gesto di ospitalità. Francesco, è stato molto disponibile a consigliarci ristoranti e pizzerie nei dintorni oltre che a darci due dritte sui luoghi e musei da visitare. Facilissimo trovare parcheggio praticamente sotto al portone in una zona ben collegata a tutto e dalla linea della bicipolitana che collega tutta la città. Consiglio le bici perché sono ottime per Pesaro e dintorni. Appartamento, zona e Host raccomandatissimo

Dejligt beliggende hus med skøn udsigt. Et hus med masser af sjæl og virkelig god plads. Traditionelt Italiensk køkken, med mulighed for at tænde op og grille. Fano er en hyggelig by som ikke er fyldt med turister. Marche regionen har de smukkeste landskaber hvor alle de lækre Italienske grøntsager og frugter dyrkes. Et besøg på Guirreri gården kan varmt anbefales. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Veronicas hus. Meget søg og behagelig vært.

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung von Monika und Christoph sehr wohl gefühlt! Mit Liebe eingerichtet, viel Platz und extrem sauber! Super Lage direkt neben der schönen Altstadt und einem kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, Monika und Christoph immer erreichbar und extrem freundlich. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Logement propre et spacieux. Isolé, dans un endroit très calme et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié nos soirées derrière la maison, au soleil, avec vue sur la montagne. La literie est de bonne qualité. La voiture est indispensable... Ander est très réactif et a répondu à nos questions rapidement...

Struttura moderna e pulita, situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare raggiungibile con una bella pista ciclo - pedonale. Ottima come base per girare Gabicce e dintorni. La struttura è disposta su due livelli e offre un bel patio esterno dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve per rendere il soggiorno confortevole Un grazie agli host per la gentilezza e disponibilità

We had a perfect stay in Lorena's home. She is a wonderful host and was extremely helpful both before and during our trip. The house itself is charming, with everything we needed. There is also a great outdoor space with a gorgeous view of the Italian countryside from sunrise to sunset. This was an ideal location from which to explore Urbino and the Le Marche. We can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Oscar è stato gentilissimo nel dare indicazioni per raggiungere il posto ed estremamente disponibile. L’appartamento è pulito, ben organizzato e ha veramente tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Anche la colazione è stata gradita!

Casa a fost pe o strada foarte linistita, cu cateva baruri in apropiere unde poti bea cafeaua dimineata. Locuinta curata, ordonata si linistita.

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Host disponibili, appartamento nel centro storico a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare, ampia metratura, disposto molto bene con anche un cortile interno ombreggiato: tutto nuovo, in particolare ci sono piaciuti i due bagni, ognuno dei quali con doccia resa particolarmente accogliente dai rivestimenti decorati di gran buon gusto. Consigliatissimo.

Cristina and Giuseppe were very kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our stay. Highly recommended!

Federico est un hôte très avenant et communiquant même à distance. Il a su répondre à notre demande et cela même avant d'avoir à lui poser certaines questions. Son appartement est à la hauteur de la description et même plus. Sa localisation est parfaite pour profiter de Pesaro et de la côte. Le petit plus la place de parking privé dans un quartier quasi bord de mer, 4 minutes à pied de la plage est très appréciable. Pour un séjour à 4, je recommande, c'est parfait.

Mary molto gentile e amichevole, ci ha aspettato nonostante il traffico ci ha fatto arrivare tardi la sera. Tutta la struttura e' nuovissima e la stanza pulitissima.
