Toast them from your private deck whilst enjoying the town vistas and the wonderful 1500 sq metres of mature garden they planted.

Welcoming guests for twenty years, this is one of the most sort after locations on Lake Daylesford, right on the water's edge, a stylish and intimate retreat welcoming up to six guests. Expect the ambience of an open fire, two person spa bath, open plan living and a sunny reading room. Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

Eagle Point Lakeside Cottage

Pet friendly cosy and warm rustic cottage on the water at Eagle Point. Eagle Point Lakeside Cottage is on Lake King of Gippsland Lakes. Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty. On windy days watch kite surfers out the front. The ambience and serenity are wonderful. Electric vehicle? We are happy to have it plugged in while you are here

The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

Nestled by the National Park, it ensures privacy with direct bush access to the Pambula River. The spacious veranda offers a front-row seat for whale watching from May to November. As evidenced by the feature photo, the house offers sweeping views of Lake King and the Boole Poole Peninsula. This panoramic view now includes the Metung Hot Springs resort, our new neighbours, positioned some 20 metres from our water view deck.
