Great place! The location was perfect, just a short ways down the road from the Haw River Ballroom and General Store. Highly recommend!

This was the fourth time I've stayed at this property...and I rented out 4 of the 5 cabins for a birthday celebration. I love the location, the vibe and decor of the cabins, and the fact you can bring your dogs. I had friends in town from California, Tennessee, etc and everybody absolutely loved it. I will continue to stay here in the future!

The cabin was very comfortable and exactly as described. Porter was responsive and checked in if we needed anything. the finish sauna was amazing. great out of grid experience!

We had an amazing stay in our eco-cabin. Plenty of walking, relaxing in the hammock, and soaking in the hot tub! Porter and Sara were great hosts, and super quick to respond with any query we had. Only downside was we weren't there for long enough! Cannot recommend enough if you are looking to get away from everything and unwind surrounded by nature.

Great place to stay. The neighborhood is fantastic and safe. Free parking was excellent and big enough for my huge truck. The alley is tight but still manageable for a bigger vehicle. Staying here is like staying in your own house in a residential area. It’s easily walkable to Carter’s vintage guitars one way, and to Vanderbilt in the opposite direction. The bed is incredibly comfortable and shower is great. Most Airbnb beds are really bad and I’m glad they put thought into the bed. The tv swivels out so you can watch it in bed if you want. Everything is thought out in this small but intentional space. HUGE bonus points to the small park that fills a couple of empty lots just a few houses down. Perfect if you have a little one. If had to critique anything at all I would say they could remove some of the extra blankets in some drawers so they could be utilized by guests. Only the top two drawers were open to use but it was plenty for the two of us.

Kind and understanding host. Was able to accommodate a later check in time and I didn’t feel rushed. Beautiful property! Hope to be allowed to visit again

This place is absolutely wonderful. The hosts were quick to respond when needed. Instructions are clear. Love that it is low carbon. The hot tub was so worth the effort; star gazing and relaxing was a great way to end the night. It is a exactly what I needed to relax. Thank you!

This place was very clean and in a nice area. We were very comfortable. Also we were able to cook a few meals while we were there. Overall a very nice quaint spot for a weekend getaway !

The stay was very relaxing and then provided everything that we needed to be comfortable. They even had extra toothbrushes/toothpaste just in case we forgot our. I love the attention to detail with the lay out of the location.

We had the most wonderful weekend at Ryan and Laura’s cottage. The cottage was exactly like the pictures: modern but homey, extremely clean, and decorated like a cabin in the woods. The dog bowl was a nice touch and our dogs were as comfortable as we were. Ryan and Laura were incredibly helpful with directions and their manual helped us find a local hike and place to eat during our stay.

We have been staying at this B&B for about 15 years. It is located near our daughter/her family and is our choice of accommodations when visiting. It presents well. We love the unusual art displayed in and around the property. This year the restaurant has added additional outside tables and chairs making dining more convenient. The menu selections are well prepared and delicious. It remains a unique and enjoyable place to stay in historic Pittsboro.

Though small, this home has great functionality and allows you to be comfortable outdoors as well as indoors. The bed is very nice as well. The appliances are modern and the kitchen is set up logically. Wifi is strong for such a rural location. We highly recommend this for a quiet retreat.

We had an amazing stay with the Box Hop team! Emily, Seth, and team were kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. The house itself was stunning—unique, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It felt private and peaceful, yet was super close to all the Hocking Hills attractions. My two teenage boys thought it was awesome, which says a lot! The shipping container is a beautiful, quiet getaway! We were completely unplugged with no WiFi or service and took advantage by sitting by the fire and playing card games. If you’re looking for a getaway truly off the grid, this is the place for you!

Loved it. Beautiful jewel tones. The hammock chairs were comfy and fabulous. Loved to hear the rain on the metal roof.

We were fortunate enough to be able to stay in Blake’s tiny home! The space is super cute and secluded. Blake was super accommodating and responsive! We loved being able to relax in the mountains and reading the guest book for things to do in the area! We will be sure to try and make our way back to this tiny home!

The Hive was a great, quiet, beautiful getaway for my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend surprised me and proposed while on our stay. The Hive will always hold a special place in my heart. I would definitely recommend staying there to friends and family.

This beautiful container home was gorgeous! I've always wanted to stay in one and it was well worth it. We would definitely come back here if ever in the area, thanks to Nikki for making my girlfriend's birthday that much more magical!

What a perfect & quaint little slice of heaven. It was exactly what I wanted for our weekend getaway… quiet & peaceful. The hot tub was most definitely a perk & much needed after our hike. 10/10 recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!
