Lofted high into the tree line, every element of this sanctuary has been crafted to delight and surprise our guests. From the exquisite linens to the curated furnishings to the soundtrack of rustling leaves and hooting owls, this is an immersive escape unlike any other.

At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has a king-size water bed, sofa and private deck. Each tent has a kitchenette in the Lodge. There is a lovely Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights in the summer) and our wood hot tub ($25 for a private experience). 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires, star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River below.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
