Huisjes in Finland

Jacob Oasis turned out to be a great find and perfect place for us to have a birthday getaway! The house is very well equipped, and even though it was very windy during our stay, we enjoyed jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue and just looking at the water and watching sunrises. We even had a photoshoot! Great deal, highly recommended!

Mein Sohn (9 Jahre) und ich haben ein paar ruhige Tage in Kustavi genossen. Das Möcki war sehr, sehr schön und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse war unbezahlbar und auch unsere Auszeit im Whirlpool haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything at the accommodation was as described and everything worked wonderfully. Jonathan is a wonderful host and we were able to enjoy our stay as everything was perfectly organised and communicated. The accommodation is in a very quiet location and we even came across moose on the way to the accommodation. If there was anything to criticise, it would be that the hot tub contained a little too much chlorine, but that is a very high level criticism. We would choose this accommodation again for a visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The view of the lake was simply breathtaking—waking up to that serene landscape each morning was a true highlight. The smoke sauna was a unique and unforgettable experience, adding a special touch to our relaxing getaway. The entire cottage was spotless and clearly very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Having a charging spot for the car was also a big plus and made things very convenient. Jukka was incredibly considerate and always just a message away. He provided helpful road tips, checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. His warm hospitality made the experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature, and a touch of luxury!

Sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtete Blockhütte mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Lage sehr ruhig und wunderschön im Wald gelegen. Von Levi auch gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Paras mökkeily kokemus tähän mennessä. Suosittelen! Poreallas ja ulkosauna = täydellinen rentoutuminen.

Ihanan kompakti mökki, hyvällä ja rauhallisella sijainnilla. Talvisaikaan upeat näkymät järvelle, jossa sai olla luonnon rauhassa ja ihastella auringonlaskua sekä kuutamoa. Mökillä sai nauttia kiireettömyydestä ja ihastella maisemaa. Myös matkaseurana olleet kissat nauttivat mökillä olosta.

Endroit magnifique et idéal pour les amateurs de calme et de nature. Nous avons apprécié aussi les équipements disponibles (luges, skis...). Nous espérons y revenir un jour, pour plus longtemps.

We had an amazing stay here, with 4 adults and 3 children (and a small dog). Lots of berry and mushroom picking, canoeing, enjoying the beautiful lake, sauna and hot tub and even catching a few fishes. No need to go anywhere else, there is more than enough to do on the property and surroundings. Pentti was always very responsive and nice. There was everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back here and wish we’d been able to stay longer.

Ihana punainen tupa, kaikilla mukavuuksilla mitä voi kaivata. Talo oli siisti ja raikas, ohjeet todella kattavat ja mahtava pihasauna käytössä. Majoittaja vastasi nopeasti viesteihin ja kaikki majoittumiseen liittyvä oli tehty tosi helpoksi. Iso suositus tälle kohteelle!

All I will say is wow!!! Everything we were hoping for and more, jenny has a little gem of a home and spectacular grounds on a reindeer farm. Jenny went above and beyond with information and help for us and we are so grateful as a family to her and her family for helping us create some ever lasting memories. Would be a dream to return xx

Ihana mökki erittäin rauhallisella paikalla. Saunasta saimme lempeät löylyt ja suihku lisäsi mukavuutta huimasti. Tunnelmallinen paikka jossa olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin. Lasten ja koiran kanssa oli helppoa olla.

Sehr schöne Hütte im Wald und direkt am See, Arja ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Uns hat am besten die Sauna direkt am See gefallen. Insgesamt durften wur eine wunderbare, unvergessliche Zeit im Mökki erleben und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen

Vaikka piha oli pieni, mahtui siihen hienosti 4 isompaakin autoa. Kohde oli todella siisti, ja majoitus onnistui neljälle. Viideskin olisi mahtunut hienosti.

Logement magnifique et très fonctionnel au milieu d'un site isolé superbe. Communication très facile via l'interface airbnb. A noter qu'il y a très peu de possibilités d'activités alentours (c'est le revers de la médaille) et qu'il faut prévoir le nécessaire avant de quitter Rovaniemi car aucun magasin à proximité.

Our group of seven spent four nights at Miia's cottage on the shores of Linnansaari National Park. We had an excellent time! The main cottage is on the small side for seven, the three kids were going to sleep in a loft space but with the noise challenges of lofts we elected to have them sleep in the sauna cottage, which has a beautiful sleeping space. We took full advantage of the ping pong table, darts, hot tub and sauna(s). We also rowed over to nearby islands several times (tons of mushrooms growing over there!). There were no other people nearby, really, so it felt very private. The back deck is perfect for lounging and eating meals when the weather is good. Miia helped us find a local fishing guide and gave us other helpful recommendations. We popped south to Savonlinna one day to walk the town and have a meal. All in all, we highly recommend a stay at Miia's!

Der Aufenthalt als Familie an diesem friedlichen und ruhigen Ort war wunderbar! Die Ankunft war herzlich mit Blumen auf dem Tisch im gemütlichen, gepflegten aber auch alten und deswegen sehr charmanten Sommerhaus. Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation sehr gut, und solange wir da waren waren die Gastgeber für unsere Fragen und Anliegen ansprechbar und unterstützend. Wir haben Sauna, Holzherd und Ruderboot genutzt und im Wald viele Blaubeeren gesammelt, aber auch Ausflüge gemacht. Das Wasser haben wir zum Waschen und Kochen benutzt und noch zwei Kanister zum Trinken besorgt.

Localisation : superbe endroit isolé près d'un lac. silence apaisant. Belle nature. Il faut être en voiture. Le logement est très cozy surtout le soir avec le type d'éclairage. Pour cuisiner, il y a un poêle à bois ancien avec plaque en fonte et à côté une plaque à induction. Donc si vous voulez cuisiner avec plus de 2 casseroles, l'induction ne suffit pas. Magnifique poêle de masse qui permet de belles flambées et facile d'utilisation. Un mode d'emploi très bien fait est fourni. Sauna à bois ce qui est plus agréable que le sauna électrique, super odeur de bois. On n'y prête pas attention sur le plan mais il faut passer par la terrasse donc l'extérieur pour aller du séjour à la salle de bain et wc. Cela se fait très bien même la nuit :) par -15°. C'est original et on se sent encore plus en Finlande !! Accessoires de cuisine en nombre suffisant, bonne literie. Rideaux occultants à toutes les fenêtres. On s'y sent bien. Nous recommandons ! 😊

We hebben onwijs genoten van ons verblijf in de cabin. We vulden onze dag met sauna, zwemmen in het meer en koken in de fijne buitenkeuken. Er komen wat klusjes bij, zoals water aanvullen, maar dat vonden wij leuk om te doen. Het bed is heerlijk en ook verder is er alles wat je nodig hebt. Telefoons opladen ging prima (als je dat tenminste zou willen ;))

Todella mukava paikka ja ystävällinen majoittaja. Hienot näkymät järvelle ja Konneveden kansallispuisto on kiven heiton päässä. Saunassa saa hyvät löylyt ja paljussa on mukava katsella järven selälle. Käytiin pilkkimässä ja kalaakin tuli. Voin suositella paikkaa varauksetta.

Honestly, the villa is more than wonderful and fully equipped, and its location is excellent for relaxation and recreation. Thank you Ville for your kind hospitality

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus am See und haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Sauna war ein Highlight und das Haus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Ben hat super funktioniert.
