Amazing location with free, easy parking. The apartment is steps away from the commuter train to get you into Boston. Mark provided clear and easy instructions for getting into town. The place had everything I needed. Very easy check in and check out. I appreciate that check-out didn't involve jumping through hoops like so many hosts required!

We had a great stay! Qasem was very friendly and he made our stay very comfortable. This Airbnb was extremely clean and stocked with many available personal products along with great cooking facilities. I would definitely go back!

What a great find! My daughter was playing against the University of Connecticut in softball this weekend, and the Graduate Hotel was very pricey. Doug and Annie’s Ecohaven was a gem. The views were spectacular, and everything was cozy and clean. We actually got rained out one day, and it was a great place to curl up and read a book and watch the rain. Doug and Annie were very responsive to any questions I had. The house was sparkling clean, and had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to stay in this fabulous location.

I really enjoyed my stay. Keith's place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were a lot of nice little touches like quality coffee and different ways of making it. Two things I appreciated: the bed was comfortable and the radiant heat in the floors let me keep the bedroom cool and the bathroom warm. I would definitely stay here again.

Location. Comfort. Price. All wrapped up in one. Had a nice, relaxing stay while visiting son at SUNY. A great choice for a weekend stay instead of the local hotels.

If our child chooses to attend Clarkson University, I would hope to return to this property again and again...Definitely give it a look! All the amenities make it truly a mini getaway, so close to campus and downtown. Kudos!

The apartment is so beautifully decorated and very spacious, and we loved being able to walk to different restaurants and shops nearby. Bryson communicated quickly and was very helpful, we highly recommend staying here!

The duplex was clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for 4 people and the den, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were clean and nicely furnished. Special touches included cute nightstand lamps that were easily dimmed. The location was close to downtown and all the activities we wanted to do. Brandon was a perfect host.

Marco, was an amazing host and it was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back again as our daughter begins UT Chatt. for college! Love this place!

Beautiful and comfortable house in a lovely natural setting, five minutes from Pleasant Mountain, which we think is a wonderful family ski area. Marty was very kind and extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. We would love to return and experience other seasons here as well.

The location was great. It was close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The house was clean and uncluttered. The bathrooms were stocked with necessities ( toilet papers/ towels/ soap/shampoo and hairdryer.) We were able to get in touch with the hosts and they were very responsive. We had a great experience. We would not hesitate to book this house again. Thank you.

Great place! I feel like this home could be in an Airbnb advertisement. Tons of instructions, great TV and catch. The office is great if you are hoping to do some work. The bed was really comfortable

This place was nice and simple place to stay . Nothing fancy. Good place if you just need somewhere to sleep on a budget. Having a dryer was nice for wrinkled clothes. Keurig machine was a plus . They had plugs everywhere which was so super convenient and provided shower essentials. Beds were super comfy with soft blankets and sheets. Thanks for having us !

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Felt like home and was more spacious than I anticipated. Everything was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable. The location was amazing and an easy walk to 4th st live and other restaurants and hotels. The theatre below is too cool. Note that it is a busy street on weekends. We appreciated paying less than our friends at a fancy hotel up the street with rooms half the size, no kitchen, no free parking… definitely a gem. As was Louisville!!

Karen's place was great. Easy to head up or down peninsula depending on your interests/activities. Bathroom remodel was very nice. Comfortable living area and bedroom. Kitchen is small, but functional. Love the amenities at The Landmark, and would definitely stay there again.

We spent five weeks .The unit was Brite and cheery.The furniture was very comfortable. All the linen was soft and fluffy.Good view of outside. John was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to spend your vacation.

Stunning condo with unmatched views of Cincinnati, serene accommodations, and a gracious host. We could not have loved it more. The condo is spacious, with the proportions, details, and solid construction of the past. Edward has outfitted it with luxurious furnishings, as well as any item which you might need during your stay. Don’t be deterred by the stairs- there is another entrance which avoids them completely. We highly recommend Edward’s Eden Park condo, and would love to stay again ourselves in the future. Thank you, Edward!
